I placed an order for Kanoa wireless/bluetooth headphones in September, 2016. This was part of a Kickstarter, and delivery was initially promised later that year. However, shortly after placing the order for $149.00, I received word that there would be a delay. Being a start-up, I thought nothing of it. Then more delays. And more delays. Finally today I receive an email saying their investors had backed out and they were shutting down. I have tried to contect the company via email, the only means I had at my disposal, only to learn the address I had used previously was now unmonitored.

Kanoa Offered discounted price if I preordered wireless headphones. I ordered 3 pair and it took over a year before they announced that their company was going under and wasn’t going to be fulfilling preorders with no offers of refunds. They owe me over $450. California

Kanoa ,Cival Van der Lubbe, On April 2 2017 I preordered 1 pair of Kanoa wireless ear buds for $189.00 and never received the product. The transaction to my credit card was on April 2 2017 with a confirmation email of the purchase. As of August 23 2017 Kanoa sent me a confirmation email that the Kanoa Corp has closed and no longer exists. I am now out $189.00 as I was defrauded. San Francisco Nationwide
