Incredibly, the bankruptcy court appears to be allowing Kara Homes to try to sell homes again on a limited basis. Be warned, buying a home built by Kara Homes is the biggest mistake you can ever make. Zudi Karagjozi CEO is a clown and a crook and his staff is a living joke.

Kara Homes CEO Zudi Karagjozi, or Zuhdi Karagosi, or whatever his name might really be, is a big-time crook. He stole a considerable amount of money from me. Yeah, technically I'm on his creditor list but it isn't quite the same as having the money.

His selfish and moronic management ended up pushing me to the brink of total poverty. I will be damned if I'm going to just sit back and say nothing while that crook tries to fleece the few potential buyers out there who live under a rock and have no idea about the real history of Kara Homes and their swindling owner Zudi.

His product is total garbage, all show & no go. The issues will develop immediately, if you are fortunate enough to ever see anything more than a frame and a lot of dirt. No one will care about anything once your check clears, either.
