Karplus Warehouse DISHONEST, HEARTLESS, RIP OFF ARTISTS Pacoima , California

STAY AWAY!!!!  The car I purchased from these awful people was a HUGE problem from the start and still is. 

I had to take the car to the repair shop the first week I bought it....thank God I had bought the warranty because I literally used it till I could not use it anymore,,, I was sold a complete lemon the warranty has since expired and I have paid about $3000.00 in repairs.  The really bad part is once you have signed your life away to these people they are absolutely no help and super unfriendly, completely unwilling to work with you or meet you half way.  They basically tell you to kiss their behinds but in different words. 

I still have car payments and can no longer afford to keep fixing this car. Everytime I fix one problem crossing my fingers it will the last the check engine light comes back on.  I have three kids I support on my own, I am  a hard working individual and feel completely taken advantage of . The car is broken again and I am now refusing to pay to fix it, I am at the end of my rope with the car with the company who no longer returns my calls.

I am writing this review to save anyone from lots of headaches and stress.  I don't wish anyone bad but this type of business will not last, in the end all their bad practices will come back to bite them.  They have no empathy at all.  The manager Ken is arrogant and will not help you in anyway.
