KATHLEEN KAFASHIAN From TEARSHEETS MANAGEMENT RIPOFF LOS ANGELES California

I met a woman named Kathleen Kafashian through a Playboy casting call. She claimed she worked for an Agency called "Tearsheets Management". She told me everything I wanted to hear to start a career in the entertainment business. Telling me numerous castings she has done and who she was connected with.

Excited, I took up with her and prepaid for a photoshoot to get my headshots started. She charged me $725.00 for a photoshoot that I was promised to be in a studio and an outside shoot the same day in Little Italy, SD. I also was promised a stylist, a make-up artist and wardrobe. The shoot was at an apartment building recreation room, a model who happened to have had her make-up there tried to do my make-up but couldn't, and a rack with a few shirts as wardrobe. I was upset because I wore my own clothes and had to add my own make-up over the unprofessional job the "make-up" artist provided. After discussing this unprofessional atmosphere with Kathleen Kafashian, she then tells me she will reschedule me for a different shoot as promised in compensation because this wasn't my actual photoshoot.

She then asked me if I wanted to be in a Justin Timberlake video. I said was it an audition or an actual job. She told me it was a job and it paid 2,000.00. I accepted and have not heard anything about it after waiting around continuously calling her and emailing her only to get exuse after exuse.

I did my own investigation and called every name and company she ever mentioned. Nobody has heard about her and the few that have are missing money as well. I have everything documented, emails between us proving everything plus a lot of witnesses. I also talked to the photographer and he told me he only charged Kathleen Kafashian $75.00 for my photoshoot! Plus, he has not gotten paid from her and still has my pictures! I have nothing to this day to show for my $725.00.

I have invested in over 1,200.00 with this Kathleen Kafashian. That includes, registration fees for casting, parking, gas money and missed work shifts that I had requested off for dates she would set and never call me back.

She then agrees to send me a refund, tells me the checks in the mail. This was 2 weeks ago. I have recently found other's she has done this to who have received their refund with checks that bounced.
