Katy Contractors/ Chris Improperly installed wood flooring Katy Texas

Katy Contractors was hired to install wood floors in our house. After the floors were installed, a serious flaw was uncovered in one room. After some time, they came back to try and "glue" down the trouble spots. This did not take. The floors were installed without leveling the foundation floors. The company was contacted many many times over the next six months. The most we got was "I'll be over tomorrow". "Tomorrow" never came.

The owner/rep Chris finally came over & promised to return in a couple of hours with a "new" glue that should solve the problem. He never came back.
His subcontractors did a good job with our new roof & kitchen counters, but, the flooring job is going to cost us to completely replace these brand new floors.
I was stupid. I accepted his word on many occasions. I did not require a written contract. I know, I know. I said that I was stupid. I put faith in a person.
