We booked a 4 star hotel with kayak on 8/15 and got a confirmation with them. When we arrived to Victoria, Canada

on 8/22/15 to the Chateau Victoria Hotel. The hotel manager told us that we didnt have a reservation there and handed

us a note from this website to go to a run-down motel nearby. We couldn't get a hold of anyone from this website and end up

have to find another hotel on our own and spent over $300 per room on that night. We only had one day in Victoria and had 

to spent all our time looking for a place to stay. Our vacation was ruined. The manager at the Chateau Victoria said this happened a lot.
