Kayako Well Sell you virus infected software and then want payment through a foreign bank Boise Idaho
*UPDATE Employee: Kayako is not associated with firemicrosoft.net
Kayako runs some site at:
http://firemicrosoft.net
This site is some offshore 3rd party bank ripoff. They run a transaction on your credit card and then they let you download virus infected software. When you try to get a resolution they just pretend that whatever you say is not true. This is a big internet ripoff with no phones and a shell game for responsibility. Don't pay them anything ever!

#1 UPDATE Employee
Kayako is not associated with firemicrosoft.net
AUTHOR: Jamie edwards @ kayako - (United Kingdom)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, November 10, 2009
My name is Jamie Edwards, Operations Manager at Kayako.
We are in no way associated with "http://firemicrosoft.net". This website appears to be illegally reselling pirated copies of Kayako software.
To clarify:
1) Kayako is in no way associated with "http://firemicrosoft.net"
2) "http://firemicrosoft.net" is not authorised to resell Kayako software
3) As far as Kayako are concerned, "http://firemicrosoft.net" is operating illegally by selling pirated software
Unfortunately, it appears as though the reporter (Jim) has purchased Kayako software from this website, and has received pirated software.
Jim has no contract with Kayako and he is not a Kayako customer.
As a goodwill gesture to Jim, we will happily sell him a license at a discount to cover the amount he has spent ($30.00, according to the site) purchasing the pirated copy of Kayako software from this website.
