Keiser university Charged for classes that i did not take Clearwater Nationwide

I signed up to take online master degree classes at Keiser university in Clearwater FL.  within the first semester i was forced to move to Iowa with family.  I had no internet acces and realized that with my family looking for a job and no internet i would need to cease classes.  I contacted the school and advised them that i would need to drop out of the program.  I paid for the sesmeter that had started and believed that i was finished.  Less than a year later while trying to get a job i was told that i would need to take care of my credit problems.  I then saw that i was somehow in collections for 7347.00.  A company called FMS Services had put mark against my credit with no letters or phone calls to let me know i even had a debt.  I am at a loss as to what exactly this amount of money is even for i have had no contact with Keiser for nearly a year and have taken no classes.  I am not able to log into the kesier website and i have a recipt for my payment that says i dont owe them any money.  Now this debt may cost me a job.
