Kelly Printing Customer service - Linda Ripoff Las Vegas, Nevada

Kelly Printing contacted my business by phone an offered a new and improved toner cartridge for my Brother printer that would extend the life of the drum. Kelly Printing told me I could try the toner cartridge for free for 30 days and return it at the end of 30 days if I wasn't satisfied. 

Prior to the end of the 30 days I called their customer service which is only open M - F 7:30 am to 2 pm to try and return the cartridge. My office manager and I left a number of phone messages for customer service that were never returned. I called today and stayed on the line to speak with an operator. The operator connected me with someone else who told me to read the bottom of my letter that said no returns after 30 days. I told her I had been trying to contact customer service for the past week and no one has been returning my calls. She confirmed that I had called earlier this morning, but had no record of any other calls. She asked me to send them a copy of my phone bill to show that I had been calling. My phone bill doesn't arrive for another 2 weeks. She told me that I would have to wait 2 weeks then.

I gave them my credit card number and informed them they had a really good scam running there. Absolutely horrible customer service with no accountability that preys on small business owners. Sounds like a great business model. 

Please do not take any phone calls from this company and don't believe a word they say.
