Kelly Printing Told me I have more of an order to be delivered when I only wanted one! Las Vegas Nevada

First call i get from the Kelly Printing offers me toner for my brother all in one for $75.00.  It doesn't say send it back if I don't want it, it doesn't say I have to buy any more.

Second call tells me since I got the first one I have to take the case it came out of so I get 3 more...it wasn't too bad of toner, just a little lighter than I was used to.  So I accept the three, they will last me forever, we are a very small company.

third call, today, 9/8/2015, tells me that I only got four of the eight I have to buy.  I told them NO ONE told me I had to buy 4 much less 8 from the very beginning.  He says oh yes, when you received the first one it was from a case of 8!  I told him that is what you said about the case of 4 when I received the first toner!  He starts yelling at me and said I must buy the rest of the order.  I told him I would never do that I haven't even used the last 3!  I told him I signed nothing and I will not take them.  He keeps yelling so I hang up.  

Very rude and unprofessional.  I will be contacting a lawyer if he keeps this up!
