I purchased and internet marketing program from Ken Reno at textmyreaders.com for $98. The software came with the full source code that could be edited to meet your needs. However the cource code never worked.

The website promised a 30 day 'no questions asked' guarantee. I really had great ideas for the software so only wanted to ask the seller (Kenneth Reno) for guidance. His support email, or any contact info for that matter, was not listed on the site, so I had to find his other sites.

After searching InstantCommission.me and kennethreno.com, I was able to find 2 email addresses, both of which I emailed and voiced my concerns. Guess what? No reply! At this point, I just wanted a refund an move on.

Since a payed by paypal, I opened a dispute and still no correspondence with Ken Reno. Finally, I asked Paypal to step in and rule on the issue. Of course they were no help, ruling in favor of Ken Reno, on because it was not a shipped product.

He is a scam, a fraud and an unethical business man!
