First time I bought a product to this guy (Ken Reno) a year ago for a script that never works. I requested a refund since I cannot get hold of him for technical support even I used his helpdesk system. Refund never issued.

I contineously recieving emails from him through autoresponder with his marketing promotions almost everyday even I already unsubscribed a gazillion times.

On September 9 he and another guy named Israel Ramos launched Tycoon Scheduler, I bought it for $67 coz I really like it. Here's the problem again the scipt doesn't work at all so I contacted ken reno immediately using his Paypal email address keneth.reno@gmail.com but I got nothing but an "automated" notification saying that I cannot use that email. It can't be coz I know that email is connected to his Paypal account so I know he's getting my messages.

I even contacted him using his support ticketing system but after how many days still, no response!

My purpose of this report is to share my personal very unfortunate experiences in dealing with Mr. Ken Reno. If you are planning to buy his stuff, think again, he would just take your money.
