 Mr. Ken Rosario you will always be a crook and unscrupulous. i still have the evidence against you and be sure i'll file charges against you at the police in usa, such people like you, have to be punished. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this person

Pay very close attention to this;

I am his former employer that pertained to this case in point. I cannot believe how incorrect this s*it can be and how these places (sites) actually post these things without checking into them.

Let's start.

I parted ways with the gentleman in question because it was consuming this employee on how much he would actually go extra for these clients without charging them.

1. The person writing this is not the person in contact because the individual in question cannot speak English. This is written by someone who doesn’t know anything about the situation. (Prepare for your suit)

2. The client hired us to fight a fraudulent divorce made by the gentleman's wife who upon investigation, it turns out that she did what she had to do according to the procedures required by her county due to abandonment and infidelity. However, the gentleman wanted to kick his ex wife out to the street by falsely having her served with fake papers. I sent another employee to talk with the ex wife who broke down crying stating how much of a fraud the ex husband is. The wife had no where to go with the children that they had together... knowing this, the gentleman still wanted the lady thrown out without going thru the legal channels. At the end, we mediated with the ex wife, had the situation handled to the satisfaction of the ex husband.

3. Shortly after, the gentleman again hired us and requested that we handle a situation where he lent a work vehicle to an individual and they crashed it followed by fraudulent activity. Due to the lack of his responsibility, this gentleman was going to get sued, lose his home and have to pay a large fine. The investigators were already ready to seize his home taking pictures and the whole speel. This gentleman called upon us again as scared as can be and handling the previous situations, why wouldnt you RE-HIRE some one who went the extra mile for you right? Once again, we handled it. Long story short, He went out of his way, got the gentleman off the hook and stressed it so much that the insurance companies dropped the charges and released him from the lawsuit. The gentleman was happy and once again thanked us while he was here visiting. We have all supporting documents for these issues.

4. Again, this person hired us to fight for visitations once he arrived to visit the US. He called us day and night. Ken and another employee came up from being south just to take care of this person. Apparently, the ex wife, due to all of the issues that she had been put thru didnt want the father to come visit the child. Ken again mediated and got him visitations. Same day after (after being on the case day and night till sometimes 1145pm), the gentleman called us to thank us again and never called back.

Before the gentleman returned, he asked for a meeting time and some other paperwork to take with him. This couldn’t be met as the transition out for Ken was in process of leaving due to the heavy stress of doing so much work and not charging for it. The gentleman got angry and demanded that if we couldn’t meet with him, he wanted a refund. That was not going to happen.

He went the extra mile for everyone that it got used to it so by the time that he needed to charge, individuals would be upset. I understand what he went thru.

As I speak sincerely, I can say that this is the type of person that you want to help you. He just needs to be properly compensated and not taken advantage of.

Now, I will say that a serious suit is going to be prepared for Slander, Defamation and a civil tort will be brought to the individual and the author if these ridiculous allegations. “Hope that you all have the time, money and resources to deal with this” obviously, to post such atrocious allegations, one cannot be that smart of a person. In or out of the country, your actions will have consequences.

This gentleman did nothing wrong but help and was WAY under compensated. I don’t blame him for leaving.

His answer speaks for itself; he is trying hereby to cover up his fraud with stories, fake names and UPS Store addresses rather than with facts, record numbers of the court or receipts. At least he admits to have accepted $5.846 via Western Union for supposed paralegal orders but is completely unable to show any results. Mr. ROSARIO, keep your tales for the police and Florida Bar investigations!!!

There are no records at any court for the many actions that he supposedly has done, he acted with high criminal energy to defraud.

Neither my son, nor my wife, nor any court in the world got the child support money (7 months X 384 = $ 2.688), which I gave him for the needs and urgencies of my child, because he pocketed it !!

The 2 only cases solved, were done by 2 professional lawyers members of the Florida Bar, whose names can be provided to any one at any time by request or as witnesses, lawyers who I had to hire in the last minute because he completely ignored the subpoenas.

The man is a swindler, a dishonor for the 75 th battalion of the US forces, a disgrace for the honest paralegal services in the country, a con man who wins your trust because he speaks also Spanish, a THIEF

If you want someone steals your money, waste your precious time, be in the belief someone is taking care of your case but isn’t, probably also loose your case because of negligence and have new headaches suing a crook, then go to MR. KEN ROSARIO
