I received a yellow postcard from them on today. I called them to see what the reqirement was and the lady explained, "We get your infro (name, dob, address, city, state, phone number, zip code, income, the population of your city and your banking info). After I gave her my info, I asked her why do I have to pay them 299.97 when applying for a grant in free, She explained that this is their processing fee.

I gave her my info and told her not to debit my account until the end of the week. She explained that someone from the verification department would be getting on the line to verify my info. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with doing this without speaking with mu husband, she suggested that I call him and she would hold on, so I did and wasn't able to get him so I gave her authorization to verify my info.

Later after completion of the phone call, I came to look up the companies website and her is where I ended up. I will be leaving out tomorrow to change my bank info, because companies like this should be put out of business for scamming us.
