Killer Motorsports Totally non-functional GoKart, missing tooth in gear box, nonfunctional rear axle, broken harness, etc. Fort Worth, Texas

Purchased in full, a Kandi 150cc GoKart.  Upon delivery it was found that the GoKart was a wreck.  Both seats were melted and stuck to the pipes, the threads on the rear axle are smashed and nonfunctional, no gas cap, the gear box cogwheel is missing a tooth so the chain cannot function properly, the passenger harness is broken, the catch is crushed, it is all scratched up, it is basically a wreck.  So far they have done nothing to rectify this problem. They are fully aware and have been since the day it arrived on the 21st. Such a sad Christmas for my 5 Grandchildren, who were so looking forward to this wonderful gift. Shame on you folks at Killer Motorsports......such a dishonorable group of people.
