KINDERCARE DON'T BELIEVE THIER AD. THE CENTER NEEDS HELP ripoff LYNNWOOD Washington

My child had attended KINDERCARE-LYNNWOOD for over 16 MONTHS. Initially, it was great until my child was transferred to the TODDLER ROOM. My child has had six (6) different teachers in one year and has various problems such as falling and hitting the facial area. At one point my child's face had scratches and bruises within a 2 week period as if my child had been involved in a fight. When you complain about the safety issue, they acknowledge you and spew off rules and regulations.

ITS NOT A HOME AWAY FROM HOME, as thier advertisement reads. The Center does not have a welcoming enviroment, when you walk in thier are signs on the door talking about late fees, rules about driving in the parking lot, updated rules when you sign in. GET A PARENT BOARD AND POST IT IN FRONT OF THE SIGN IN AREA. ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE PARENTS THAT COMPLY. CREATE A NEWSLETTER, KICK OUT THE PARENTS THAT DON'T PAY. DON'T INCLUDE THE ENTIRE GROUP OF PARENTS AS IF WE ALL DON'T COMPLY WITH YOUR REGULATIONS.

As far as the Sick Child Rule, KINDERCARE states they use the Guidelines of the State of Washington, However, as my pediatrcian found out if you child has a fever that child cannot return within 24 hrs. The rule about not returning within 24 hrs. is a KINDERCARE RULE not a State of Washington Rule.

THERE ARE BETTER DAY CARE CENTERS AS WE FOUND OUT. I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANY PARENT CONSIDERING USING KINDERCARE NOT TO USE THE KINDERCARE ON HIGHWAY 99 IN LYNNWOOD. THAT CENTER NEEDS SOME SERIOUS OVERHAUL IN PUBLIC RELATIONS AND WORKING WITH PARENTS.
