King Locksmith & Keys Bait and Switch Katy Texas

Website say, $20 service call and $30 home lockout service.  Also has 20% discount coupon on lockout services.  Technician presented me with a bill for $226 for 2 minutes work.  I refused to pay showing him the website quote.  He said no discount and refused to give me back my credit card.  After heated arguments with him, I called the office.  I threatened to call the police because the technician was becoming abusive and violent.  He went back and locked the house up again. They reduced the charge to $117( or more that double whe actual cost of the service) and unlocked the house.  However, today I see they charged my credit card twice, once for $226 and once for $117.  Nothing but simliar reviews on Yelp.
