King of Seat Covers KOSC STOLE MY MONEY California

We paid almost $400 for seat covers for our new truck. They clearly sent the wrong ones as they were made for the wrong vehicle, too big, and even covered has no access for the armrest in the back seat. They acted like they would take care of it in two phone calls and we send pictures then all communication stopped. They won't/don't even answer the phone. When you make a purchase you cannot set up and account, they do not send you a receipt, and the covers arrived in a box with no paperwork so there was nothing saying what the seat covers did fit. As a result they can say that you ordered the wrong thing and there is no way to prove otherwise. We now have spent $400 for nothing.
