King of Swords.com Rip-off - say your item is back-ordered, after you finally cancel, they keep your money, Internet

I ordered a sword on line and was told it was back ordered.  I checked every week for six months and it was always back ordered.  I finally cancelled the order after six months and they kept my money.  My account number no longer worked. They no longer had that account number. 

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who told me that the company never responded and that I should hire a lawyer.  The money they kept was $97.00.  I could not find a lawyer interested in a $97.00 claim. 

The Better Business Burieau can't help you, they only take the complaint and try to contact them. Of course, they never respond. 

To me, $97.00 is a lot of money, but it's nothing to a lawyer, so King of Swords knows how to steal your money and keep it without anyone going after them.
