On 7/16/08 I ordered [9], nine items from King Of Swords.I paid with my credit card.On 7/17/08 the money was taken out of my bank account,and K.o.S had a message for me stating that my order had been accepted. On 7/17/08.King of Swords has had me listed as pending. EVERY time I call, I get a recording stating,"Please leave your order#, Name,and Address,and Someone will get back to you within one business day". I have been writing and calling them,and it is now Aug.1/2008. I have found out that they are part of Amazon Enterprises@aol,and,Helpmenow123.com.Every place I have ordered over the net, the company charges you when the merchandise is SHIPPED, not the day of the order! This is the worst customer service I have seen,or heard of since I've been on the net! That's over TEN, [10 ], YEARS! Please HELP! Thank you!
