Just to make this more interesting I have copied my emails and the responses from king.com I have been a free member for about 2 years, I just joined the gold member area a month ago and had winnings of about $200. They feel they don't have to give you any detail as to what they say they found out, your just suppose to deal because they said so. I copied the terms and conditions and it states one account per person, it says nothing about not being able to play on the website from any other computers or locations. Please read the emails from the bottom up.

HEY LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SIDE THEY GAVE ME MY $5 BACK, and mind you at the same time that I received these emails I also received an email asking me to join as a gold member for only $5??? WTF

Our security system together with a manual investigation clearly shows abreach in terms of multiple accounts. We can unfortunately not go in to a detailed discussion about how oursecurity system work or exactly what it shows, due to obvious reasons. Our decision to close your account and donate the winnings to Freerolltournaments stand. Regards,KajsaKing.com | Abuse & security On Thu Jul 09 01:13:49 2009,

SENT BY ME> I opened this account and used my own credit card from XXXXXX. The card is in my name just like the account is in my name> so I do not understand why you would say I breached an agreement.> If you need me to send you a copy of my bank statement with my name> on it, showing I paid the $5 then please let me know. If your> "suspision was confirmed???" then I would like some proof. I can> prove I opened the account with my card and the account is in my> name.>

SENT BY KING.COM Thank you for your e-mail. According to the terms & conditions of King.com a person may open only one player account, that account must be funded by the person who opened it and they cannot play on an account other than their own. If a member is in breach of one or more of these conditions, King has the right to close the members' accounts. King.com has had your account under investigation because our security system indicated a possible breach of the rules mentioned earlier. Because of this suspicion, we were forced to investigate this and during the investigation your account was temporarily imposed with some restrictions. Our investigation confirmed our suspicion and your account will therefore remain blocked in accordance with clause 10 in our terms and agreements. If you have deposited money left in your newest account, your money will then be sent to you through Paypal within 14 days.
