     I agree with this customer. You should be paying attention when you sign a contract and not do it if you aren't comfortable.


      His complaint likely entails being sold something he didn't want, like credit life insurance or extended warranty. He would have had to sign his name right next to the amount the optional things cost. A typical contract might require 3 signatures and of course the payment jumps for whatever you bought. The good news is they can all be cancelled if you change your mind or somehow signed to a much higher payment than you agreed to. You could even refinance at another source with virtually no penalty and eliminate anything you didn't want.
