I have already gone through most of the interviews things of that sort made it to the 3rd day of training and that is when they drop the bomb on you ... YES you do have to sell the bottles in order to be "compensated" for your "training"... not only that for them to bring up the whole Avon, Mary kay, and kriby seniro is dumb, because in my opinion that is the same thing they are asking us to do we have to sell the product in order to move up a "phase" there are I believe 5 you have to get through in order to even become a manager ( or SR EXEC... by the way that is when you get the sells reps and your branch it's not when you get the "mangement badage")oh and you don't get a title of a manger you get a badage ??? umm last time I checked I wasn't doing girl scouts..  which means you would have to sell 80 bottles and if not more to make it that far... I'm upset because I got fooled into believing this was a good thing, until the 3rd day... and then I just walked out and the sad part about all this was that people in that "class" actually quit there job thinking this was a better opprotunity... don't waste your time, your gas, and please please keep the job you have and never give up hope ..
