They hire you as an assistant or manager job at $40k/yr. A job that you don't even get paid for until you sell over 100 bottles of perfume for commission only. Their product is cheap and smells terrible, but they lie to the people they "hire". Whether these $40k/yr jobs exist or not I didn't wait to find out, as I was hired to be an office assistant, not a salesperson. But the fact that they deliberately mislead you about the position is just not right. You will never be a manager or an assistant. They only use that in the add to get you to come in. Once you have been sucked in you must sell product to move up in training. They LIE about everything. Do not waist your time on this SCAM. If you do expect not to make any money.

What company in their right mind is going to hire 40-60 managers and 20-30 assistants? Hmmmm
Maybe a bigger corporation but even if they did they would not post an add like that.
Plus have you seen this place? They do not look like they are in any shape to be hiring that amount of people especially at 40k a person.

You would have found out that this company does not sell fake product but wholesale. There is a huge difference. Maybe pay attention in training, if you can ever make it that far....
You do not have to sell anything to move up.. This company is very legit and so is the product. This company is actually a corporation and they are currently expanding.
Pay attention to the details instead of making things up in your mind before bad mouthing a company you have NO knowledge of.
I enjoy this company and am glad I found it!!

I attended Kismets training course, I did exactly what I was told to do and that was learn how to put events together to keep the reps off of the streets like other sales companies. I took the help and input that the company gave me and I made it through training in 7 weeks. People often come in and the first thing that they hear and don't understand they leave without half of the knowledge that they need. If people were actually coming and and planing on doing the work that it takes to get a 40K salary then they would also be getting there branches set up like I am. I just wanted to clarify that this person did not complete training or know what this company is about. This company does have open positions for sales reps as well as office staff so make sure you know which one you are applying for. with 35 new branches going out there has to be 2 managers and 2 office assistants in each location so that is why there is always hiring going on.
