KIXEYE Kixeye use to steal customer's money Internet

I agree that they use to steal player's money, because i am one of those stoled. They, and I mean kixeye, use to deconsider all players, even if we pay their game. All their actions are from one way, only, their way. They never consider to let the players defend. More than that, I consider is ilegal what they are doing now: at the begining (and even right now), when we start to play the game, we just start, simple. If something is wrong and you are unsatisfied about their game (bugs, their cheats, disconnecting, other cheters than kixeye, and so on), you must complain throught helpcenter.kixeye.com/hc/en-us, which is "suport" page and you can report your unsatisfaction. Well, at that adress, if you are using facebook login, sometime you can make simple report, some other time they are talking about "Terms of service", but just some times, not always. So, they use that "Terms of service" for the reason they ban players who use money for this game, no matter how much, but if you upset them... . For instance, they banned me and after I've made an report and I told I'll sue them, they unban my account, but for that they removed units that I buyed, owned and upgraded with money and told me that i use cheat for that. Realy ? That's so ? How's that ? I proved that I used money, why they don't prove that I cheat ? Because they can't, I didn't ! They even banned players, innocent, who don't even threaten them. They are doing what they want, they are modifying their own rules how they want.

As result, many players, who not banned, quit the game - for instance, from about 5 milions players, now they have about 1 million only. I, sorry, we, because we are many, thing they want to close that game, but they don't know how to do it and that is why they are proceed like this. But that is why we are trying to get our money back.
