Kixeye Has a raid, the contest is to be in the top 3,000, then after 3 days of working hard to get to the be in the top 3,000, they up the points to make it easier for others to get up there. Then due to the glitches, lagging, and SOS you lose more battles due to it not letting you connect to the battle, you lose your fleet and again more money. You go to file a complaint and they send back that its your computer there is nothing they can do, but when you run there program everything comes back as running okay. Then I send in a ticket, personally write the ticket, but then accuse me of copying it from another player and say they are deleting my ticket. So I write it again and say that I am copying it again. Again I wrote it in my own words. Then said that they are deleting all my tickets until I can write it in my own words. So I write it again but they say I keep copying it. They said they will not compensate me for any money or time I spent the first 3 days or the lost of my fleets. Kixeye just keeps ripping there players off. There company customer service is terrible and they can never admit to there mess ups. Kixeye has lost another paying player. San Fransico California
