Kixeye Since sun Jan 6 they have taken at least 15 bucks in shiny from my Backyard Monster game on Facebook. Also they have taken several million in my resources. Sent in 7 support tickets just to have them San Francisco, California

I have been playing Backyard Monsters for almost a year with very little problems.  On Sunday Jan. 6th 2013 i started having major problems.   Three time that day i had shiny taken and my resources taken.  Sent in 4 support tickets to Kixeye just to have them ignore me.    So on Mon, Tue, and Wed the exact same thing has happened. Again with nothing from Kixeye where my money and resources went. As of today Wednesday Jan. 9 2013 i am out a total of 20 dollars and over 20 million in all resources. Sent in another complaint and nothing. Please help get Kixeye under control before more people get ripped off. Thank you.
