I and several people entered a training program, to gain our CDL under contract, and once completed, we were threatened of termination when we were told to choose from vehicles with very high miles slated for auction. When we refused, I was terminated yet obligated to 1 year contract for service for CDL. After situation I was told I can't even have a written reason for termination via email or postal mail, which I am having to file unemployment to gain. This was conveyed to me personally by CEO, himself, Jim Richards. 3/22/2016.
