Kllm Transport Services is a company that wants to lease you, the driver a truck, pay you .88 cpm and a fuel surcharge, then treat you like a company driver.

Jim Richards, President and CEO gets on the Kllm weekly message and "Cry's" because his "Contractors" exercise their "right" To take time off whenever they wish. Kllm has a "grading" system ranging from A to C and C being the bad one, if you are a "C" you are going to be punished for taking time off. This company wants "Contractors", but wants to treat you like a employee. If you turn down a load, you WILL be punished.

let this serve as a stern warning: STAY AWAY from KLLM !!

2018 and the company hasn't changed one bit. Not only do they run you like a company driver but treat you as one as well. You get no respect what so ever from management andget told you're only a driver. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
