KLLM TRANSPORT I QUIT KLLM ON A FRIDAY THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY THEY SAID I WAS FIRED FOR REFUSING DRUG TEST. NOW THIS IS ON MY DAC REPORT RICHLAND Mississippi

Me and My husband worked for KLLM. We Quit on a Friday the following tuesday I was Terminated for Refusal to take a Drug test. How can I refuse a test when i dont work for the company.
I called safety and told them i was not notified of a drug test. they informed me that i was on the monday after i quit. Me and My husband did go to the terminal on monday to clean out our truck but this was at 10pm.
The safety dept informed me that they notified my husband of the drug test. this is bull. this is on my dac report. what can i do. i cant get a job anywhere.
How can dac put something on your report when its not true.

Whenever "uppedity" women who don't know that they are supposed to be at home, barefoot and pregnant and never get out of the house because they are supposed to be SLAVES in there, THIS SORT OF DISCRIMINATION HAPPENS WITH IGNORANT,CHEAPSKATE EMPLOYERS WHO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST WOMEN!
I notice you said that they did not not fire your husband!
If you all are a heterosexual couple which means a female is the wife and the man is the husband, that is, they have committed GENDER DISCRIMINATION AGAINST YOU and they have done it in a very clever way because there is almost NO way that you can fight this without an attorney because if a drug test from an INDEPENDENT TESTING AGENCY THAT WAS FULLY LICENSED AND ACCREDITED FROM YOUR STATE WAS NOT TAKEN THE DAY THEY TERMINATED YOU It is going to be extremely difficult to fight these redneck, yahoos without an EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY and in a lot of these backwater Southern YAHOO towns, illegal stuff like this is done all the time.
THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE. THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST WOMEN AND THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST ANYONE WHO IS NOT A WHITE, GOOD OLD BOY!

OK, based on my cousin's experiences with employment discrimination based on gender ( she was fired and subjected to a hostile work environment because she was a woman) and age (when she got over 40, employers would not hire her and when she told them she would take them to the EEOC, they told her well, we will hire you but you might not work out.)
CONSIDER:
Was the trucking company losing money with the high cost of fuel?
Were they laying off other people?
Did more women seem to be being laid of than men?
Did you have any seniority with the company? If you had been working there a long time, they might have set you up to AVOID paying you unemployment benefits or your retirement too. That's for the attorney to find out.
How is this company's employment with women drivers?
How do they treat them?
If you are over 40 you might fall in a protect age group ( over 40), they might have thought that they could terminate you this way and avoid a GENDER DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT AND PAYING YOU UNEMPLOYMENT!
Did anybody there have it in for you?
Can they PROVE that they sent you notice or provided adequate notice of the drug test?
Your general reputation in your community can be admitted in court as to whether or not you were a drug user and your criminal history could POSSIBLY be considered too --especially if you were EVER arrested for even one marijuana joint or public intoxication because the judge WILL consider it and so will the jury if these people don't offer to settle out of court.
What it amounts to is that they have apparently lied about you to avoid paying you unemployment and possibly a pension and to prevent them from sueing them for AGE & GENDER discrimination.
If you are African American, Hispanic or Native American with a BIA card, you also sue for racial and ethnic discrimination in addition to the age and gender discrimination in employment.
OF COURSE, IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR LAWYER SAYS AND IF YOUR BUNCH OF LAWYERS IS AS LAZY AND DO-NOTHING AS OURS IS, YOU WILL NEED TO SHOP AROUND FOR A GOOD ATTORNEY.
IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT THEY ARE A TRUCK DRIVING COMPANY. IT IS STILL A SHE-SAID,HE SAID FOR THE COURT TO DECIDE!

With the HIGH COST OF DIESEL and the interest on loans and the entire bad lending situations, they company probably fired everybody that they could, starting with women in that same way because they thought they were being "slick"...and could get around the law.
They fully intent to BLACKLIST you so you can NEVER work ANYPLACE,EVER AGAIN IF YOU USE THEM FOR A REFERENCE SO YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING!
