KLMN Readers Services, Inc, KLMN Readers No magazines, no response to phone messages, been 6 months Chesapeake Virginia

Purchased 2 magazines, on April 8, 2015, from 2 separate door-to-door polite sales people that came together.  One young and one experienced.  They wrote 2 separate receipts so each could receive credit.  The magazines have never arrived.  It's now 6 months later.  I left a phone message about 4 weeks ago at a number you can only leave a message.  The cancellation policy mentions instructions after 3 days only.  Nothing is mentioned about how to receive my money back.  Left another message today, Nov 3, asking for a call back.  Doubtful one will be received.  This is definitely a Rip-Off after everything read.  You can't even reach a real person even though I call within the working hours mentioned on the message.  I doubt I will ever see my money back but will keep trying.
