 To add to the long list of complaints. I recently purchased a hidden camera and once I received it I noticed it was used. The audio didn't work as well as the phone charge. I called Mike the worm Giordano and he suggested calling tech support which was probably a family member in the next room. They were no help. So I asked for a return authorization and full refund. The said they would charge me a restocking fee of 30% plus additional charges. I'm not sure how you can charge a restocking fee for a used item that didn't work from the beginning. I see what the scam is, they send you a used defective item and when you return it they hit you with a whopping fee. Then they repeat the process. Stay away from this company go with Brick House Security.
