This post is to inform everyone to be careful of Kshitij Khadka also known as Karma Karunesh a curly hair teenager and a citizen of Nepal.

This person is wanted by police for internet scam and fraud.

MANILA PHILIPPINES - Police issued a warning yesterday against dealing with Kshitij Khadka also known as Karma Karunesh a Nepalese man who has been cheating and scamming people over the internet using fake credentials and other people and company name.

The suspect, Kshitij Khadka also known as Karma Karunesh, 22, allegedly had visited several church and religious organizations asking for money and accomodation. Oftentimes, he would also steal cash and valuables from his victims, according to a complaint sent to the NBI and Bureau of Immigration.

According to the compalint, the Nepalese would send e-mails and then visit religious organizations, telling them that he also belongs to another religious organization and was tasked to collect donations. He would also ask his intended victim to provide him money , board and lodging during his stay.

The suspect reportedly carries a fake Bureau of Immigration ID and several media identification cards from the National Press Club and The STAR, including an endorsement from STAR editor Ricardo Lo, who denied ever knowing or meeting the Nepalese.

The suspect has a US visa in his passport and credentials allegedly prepared and signed by one Leslie Basset of the US embassy.

This suspect also carry a stolen Philippine Airline ticket with ticket number 3 079 4404143087 6 and using the name of Bureau of Immigration official Marcelino Libanan for scam and fraud.
