I called up this company for phone service that was suppose to be for .25¢ per minute with no connection fees..well they had taken all my pay pal debit card info without me agreeing to any price yet.. Once they had my debit card information..they hung up the phone and went strait to charging me 20$ came strait outta my account..now I see they have another 20$ payment pending in my account too.. I never agreed to this payment either times..was advertised on web for .25¢ per minute with no connection fees..never received any service at all..got my debit card info..hung up immediately then instantly charged me twice..I'm furious about this....I want my money back I never approved anything... These people are internet scammers and this isn't first problem people have had like this...I contacted them..no answer...I have contacted pay pal and haven't received any response yet either but I did file refund claim with pay pal I want them to do a full refund and if possible some sorta free service for the headache and taking my money twice with out my consent...something needs to happen immediately thanks........-David

Had the same thing happen to me as David, Its supposed to be $.25 a minute with no connection fees. I called, stayed on the line long enough to hear the menu choices, decided not to spend the money and hung up. Total call time 4 mins. I take a look at my banking statement and was charged $20. The owner's claim that this is pre-processing is false. The charge did disappear from my statement, and I thought it had been taken care of, only to see it post to my account as the full $20 a couple of days later. This charge is not pre-processing, YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!

Hello it is most likely those charges are pre authorizations and not actually charges. See, when you first called me in and we don't know how much the call will cost, so we pre-authorize The card. Then when the call is over we post-authorize for the exact amount.
If you send me the last 4 digits of your credit card to my email address I can address your call specifically; but with those charges being such an exact amount I'm sure that's what it is.
Pre authorization will fall off your account within 3 to 5 days depending on your bank.
