KT Communications, Inc Misleading prices/overcharging Phoenixville Pennsylvania

Internet ad claims no connection fee and prices as low as 19.95 for 15 minutes for live talk, .25 per min for recordings. My call was about 19 minutes in total.  1-2 minutes in the menu, maybe five minutes listening to a recording, and the balance on a live call.  No mention in the phone menu system about what the charge would be. 

The following morning I found three charges from this company - 32.95, 20.90 and 86.00.  A twenty minute call cost a total of 139.85.  Even if we ignore the time spent on a recorded story, that comes out to $7 a minute.  Factoring in the time spent on a recording, closer to $10/min.  And there was nothing in the menu prompts to even suggest I was going to be charged at that rate.
