Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Despite the fact I do not have easy access to post-office, and have moved they will not allow me to cancel my membership over the phone or by email. As a result they continue to charge me monthly fees. This is clearly a scam and who knows how much they have scammed extra money out of members based on some fine writing that is hidden from members upon signing up. This clearly is dishonest and deceptive if someone wants to cancel they should be allowed to at that moment.

LA FITNESS sent me link to cancel does not work?

I tried to cancel with LA fitness 4 different ways and they still call 5 times a day and bill my credit card. I cancelled my credit card so they could not bill it and they found a way to bill my new credit card. I asked the credit card company how they could do that and they told me they had a special relationship with MASTERCARD to be able to do that. What a scam they keep calling saying I must cancel with the link they keep sending that does not work. These people and LA FITNESS ARE SCUMBAGS!!
