I ordered 4 dining chairs from la furniture. All four were damaged. Took photos emediately and sent to company. They said they would get back to me after reviewing the photos.

After back and forth phone calls they said I would have to pay to send them back, and I would have to pay a restocking fee.

They also said I had signed that they were in good condition. The delivery man left them at my front door and would not let me open the cartons while he waited. Driver was long gone when we saw the holes in the leather and the shoddy workmanship and scuff marks. They acknoledged the condition of the chairs and said they would send me leather cleaner. I lost $800.oo on LA Furniture. Be Careful.
