 This company is a complete rip off. If only I had seen the reviews from this site, I could have saved a lot of money. I ordered a sectional and there is a picture of it clearly shows in the order and it even says left and right facing. After 2 months of waiting they send me pieces that doesn't make a sectional. Driver refused to wait so could not inspect. The minute the order is palced I could have had several calls confirming the same. But the sales rep Hessam turns completely cold as soon as I reported the issue. Christina is the rudest person as mentioned in other posts here and never works for customer satisfaction. They claim that I received what I ordered. How will a sectional be a sectional without the connecting piece. They completely rely on people not bothering to fight with them and count their loss. This is how they make money. Total Rip off. DO NOT BUY PLEASE!
