We purchased a 2003 Coachman Santara class C 31 foot RV from LaMesa RV which was set up at University Mall in Pensacola, FL, in May 2005. After less than a year with the RV, there are multiple little things wrong and we find out that we paid about 30,000.00 over the RV's value. Now , we are stuck with an RV that is worth much less than we owe on it, and it is falling apart. Going down the interstate at 65 miles pur hour and the top air vent cover flys off. When my husband checked the other one, it fell apart also. We feel stupid that we were so taken in by the salesman (as he is raving about what a good credit score we have) that we didn't even think twice about committing to his terms. Any service from the company is out of the question, since they won't return our phone calls..

LaMesa RV ripoff
AUTHOR: Logan - (U.S.A.)

We bought our 2005 Damon from the San Bernardino La Mesa RV (now closed) and we met a fellow that bought a new Damon Daybreak from them as well. They kept taking the rv back for repairs, even a really bad fire inside, until the owners were fed up. They filed under the "Lemon Law" and La Mesa gave them a new rv, not the same kind. You may want to try this to resolve your problems. I am currently having a hassle with the San Diego La Mesa Rv, trying to get a refund from the coach insurance that we purchased. The insurance carrier sent the money to La Mesa and they "said" they mailed me the refund, however, I have not received it as of yet. Even pony express would have gotten here in 2 weeks. Total time waiting for the refund is almost 3 months. The BBB is my next step. Good luck to you.
