This company is a customer service nightmare. They simply do not care about the customer after the sale is made. Their product uses inferior components and they will not stand behind them.
I have had 3 circuit boards go bad since I bought this water weiner. The component they used in building this unit is no longer available and this compnay could care less.
Their attitude is once the warranty period is over, they have no futher obligation to the customer. They point fingers at the component manufacturer and refuse to acknowledge that it was their choice to use these turkeys in the first place.
Do not buy one of their spas. You will experience years of problems and a "could care less" attitude from their operations manager.
