LA Weightloss ripoff! Horsham Pennsylvania

LA Weightloss does not follow through on their promises of setting things straight. I joined in Oct. 2003 and cancelled the next day after talking things over with my husband. I called the number they gave me and sent in the certified letter as required per the contract. I was still billed!

I put an application in with another company who has been trying to help me sort this out. LA Weightloss didn't send the cancel papers to the creditor and it took me til April 04 to get that settled. Or so I thought.

LA Weightloss credited my account the full amount and then a month later charged over $300.00 to the same account. The creditor wants me to pay the interest and late charges. I have tried calling LA Weightloss and have left 3 messages. I have not recieved a call back.

They are so lazy that they can't even do a simple refund and so slimy that they are putting what I consider fraudulant charges on my account. Thankfully the creditor is being very helpful and have tried to help me get this straight. Good grief it has been 8 months and I am still recieving calls about this.

Can you say Angry?!?
