I joined la weightloss at the joplin missouri division in sept.2006 I was doing pretty well until I was addvised I needed to use the supplement with chiotsian in it they did not tell me it was made from shell fish. I developed chronic hives and formed an allergy to the whey in the la lites. I was advised by my physian to stop taking and eating these. The program firmly states you have to take the supplements and the food in order to get the gaurantee . I contacted the Joplin office and they would not return a call . Finally got a hold of them they said they would look into it that was in Nov.2006. I continued to call them they said the manager had not been in yet. I continued to call them each week them still saying manager has not come in. Then they was always closed or the person there was just answering the phone. I then contacted the main office in san antonio , a lady named jennifer sounded so sincere , she would get results and contact me, that was in march 2007. I have called them serveral times since they just tell me they are looking into it.Nita Fairland
