I ordered a pair of Elvis tennis shoes. I was to get an Elvis cup free. I ordered them and charged to my VISA card. I received a confirmation and a confirmation number. I placed the order on June 1, 2017. It is now July 14, 2017 and I have never received my stuff. There was a 800 number on the confirmation so I called it and have done so many times. All you get is a message to leave a message and someone will call you back in 24 hours. I have left at least 8 messages. No return from them. I have sent numerous emails. On the confirmation it also stated that the merchandise would arrive in 30 days. It is past 30 days. Still no merchandise. They charged the amount of 24.90 to my VISA card, plus another charge of like 88 cents which I have no idea what it is for. How can I get my money back as obvioulsy I am not going to get the merchandise. The website is down. When you go to it there is a message saying it is down for maintenace and will be back up soon. That was days ago. I feel like I have ripped off. I am going to call my bank and see if I can get my money back, but I doubt that I can. This is a horrible company and I intend to write an article and place it on Facebook telling everyone not to ever buy from them. Thank you.
