I have NEVER written anything like this, yet in all of my years buying expensive quality goods, I HAVE NEVER seen anything like this total lunatic Lana Marks!!!! I purchased a couple of bags, she charged me for bags I didn't order, I signed my reciept so when I tried to dispute the sale, I could not! I hope she chokes on my money. She treats her store employees like slaves, I was horrified for this lovely girl. What a poor example of a human being.

DO NOT BUY FROM HER!

She is a obviously sick, sadistic, borderline personality, sociopathic, thief that is so desparate for cash she will screw anyone over. This time she screwed with the wrong people.

I am not the only one in my circle she has done this too, just hopefully the last if I have anything to say.

I hope this circulates as I would like to shut her down.
