Lancaster Puppies Untrustworthy Allenwood Pennsylvania

Spoke with Elam numerous times about a purchase of a cocker spaniel.  When we last spoke with Elam on 7/3/17 we were concerned because Callie was listed as SOLD and Elam said that Callie was still available even though Lancaster Puppies showed her as SOLD.  Elam said that the evening of 7/3/17 would be better for him instead of 7/4/17.  We left Rochester NY about 5:30pm and called Elam on the way to Allenwood for directions.

We called and left messages the whole way there (3hrs) and never recieved a call back.  The last message we left was saying we were in Allenwood and he needs to call us with the directions.  We waited for 30-40 min. with no response we left for NY. 

On the way home on Rt. 15 about 10:30pm we hit a bear and did considerable damage to our car.  Luckily we were not injured.  All this, a 6.5 hour trip and NO puppy.  Don't understand why Elam couldn't give aus a call back and man up and admit the dog was SOLD and save us alot of trouble.  Very untrustworthy and down right lied to us.
