In March of 2006 I dropped off my HP ZT1135 computer off at the Onlney office in Maryland since it was down the street from where I lived.

I was promissed to get my computer back in 2 weeks but got it back in 2 half months later. I discovered that they took out my 256 k chip memory.

My DVD/CD came back damaged during shipping. I called them them back and raised hell about it to a latina speaking that was rude.

They promissed to send me my memory chip and my dvd/cd drive. weeks later I got a dusty old use Sony dvd/drive that would not even fit my computer. No memory chip included.

I made over 40 phone calls during the months with no calls ever returned. I was told the item is on back order with HP or they can't reach the tech guys.

My computer stopped working again on 11/2006 so I returned it to the Olney office in Maryland. I get a huge bill for $345.00 I Called them up and finally got in touch with a latina lady that was rude again.

First she asked me what was wrong with my computer when I first had it sent out, Then she tried to bullshit me and saying that it is a different problem not covered under the 1 year warranty.

Nasty words were exchanged on the phone and advised her that I will file a lawsuit against the company. I had my lawyer write a letter to them telling that my intention is to file a lawsuit.

I tried one last time to resolve matter before I take legal action against this fly by night latop repair company.

I met Paula Andrea Osorno Mora at the 837 Sandy Spring office in Olney Maryland. A very attractive sexy looking latina that could not speak English very well or explain my problem to me.

This office was freezing cold with no heat inside and the poor girl was wearing a winter coat to keep warm. She advised me that her phone and email service was not working and had to use her cell to call Florida.

They use this Maryland office that looked very plain as a drop off spot to send peoples computer to Florida. No repair work is done at this location.

I suspect that this joke of a office that they call it here in Olney, Maryland will vanish one night without a trace like mice in the night.

They have a fancy website and make the appearance that they are legitimate and they are not. They have over 47 complaints with the better business Bureau so that should tell you something.

Consumers stay away from these crooks, I suspect that they are illegal cubans in Florida operating this fly by night laptop repair business.
