I received a letter from Las Vegas, Nevada Actionable Award Program claiming I had won $3,341,006,.00. Its like this folks, mama didn't raise no fool !! You can't win a contest you didn't enter in the first place, and secondly, you don't pay a report-release fee when you win a contest, especially when one of the options is "cash". Its my understanding you pay only taxes on said winnings, nothing more.
I've been approached too many times by silly fools claiming I've won between 3 million and 7 million dollars and asking me to remit as much as $3,000.00 in US funds to them in the form of a check, money order or cash. Again, you can't win a contest you didn't enter. I hope and pray no one fell victim to this rotten scheme, but I'm sure some money hungry fool fell into their wicked hands.
I've been attacked via email by these silly fools and I forwarded every attempt to uce@ftc.gov I hope you will too. I'm glad there's a website like this one to report unwanted and cruel attempts such as the one LVAAP sent to me and others like me. I just hope common sense is the star of the show. Have a nice day !!
