Found Laserpointerpro on the internet with what appears to be a nice selection of products.
Ordered two lasers and was immediately charged full amount on my credit card.
Company states free shipping, with a 15 day delivery time.
After 15 days, the product had not arrived. Began sending daily messages to the contact provided on the internet page service@laserpointerpro.com. To this date I have never recieved a reply and know my email is working with the company. I recieve both an intial order confirmation, and then a newsletter sign up confirmation.
The only tracking number is a Sweden Post number that says is expired. The company address is listed as Hong Kong and the legal jurisdiction states New York.
Bottom line is DON'T order anything from this company, or any company that does not reply to messages sent to their "contact us" site or provide any other means of contact.
Feeling Ripped Off but should have known better !!
