LaserPointerPro.com Online misrepresentation of product stock, inaccurate pricing and does not refund 100% of payment charged Hong Kong Internet

First off, this companies website currently shows "in stock" of the specific product I ordered, via their website. Then I received and email saying they are 7-10 days out-of-stock, they then offered "would you like a refund?" At first I said "no", then 2 days later I found they reduced the price online (of the same exact product) by $121 (from $256.99 to $135.99). I request a refund of the difference or completely CANCEL MY ORDER (way prior to them shipping anything). Via email, they replied they had to cancel it, then I can reorder if I wanted...(OK). A few days later I check my bank statement and learned that they originally over changed me by $16.65. I should have been charged only $256.99, but they charged my credit card $273.64. Then I waited a couple days to see my refund of only $266.10. Which was $7.54 LESS then the amount they charged me. I requested multiple times for a 100% refund and they refused. I showed them copies of my bank charge, and they still refused to comply. They are a very difficult company to do business with from the United States. I would definitely AVOID doing any business with this company ever again! I did nothing wrong, nothing had to be returned...they misrepresented their product and I go through all the hassle.
