I Contacted Lasko Products Inc. in regards to replacing a defective Lasko 4440. After some time they agreed there was a manufacturing issue with the item. Miss Lopez (The Customer Service Manager) agreed to replace the item if I mailed it in. The cost of doing this is equal to the replacement cost of the item. She was extremely rood and refused to cover the shipping cost and insisted that I mail the item in.

My Lasko heater broke recently and it is still under warranty. However, I have not been able to reach anyone at Lasko regarding my product warranty. In fact, I left the relevant departments my phone number 3 different times and never got a return phone call. Ultimately, Lasko is not honoring their limited 3 year warranty on their products by failing to be reachable or responsive. West Chester Pennsylvania
